All of my letters and parcels are shipped from Germany, so you may face additional delays on top of the estimated standard delivery times. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I currently only ship within the EU, due to international shipping costs.
I do plan to offer international shipping in the future again.
There may be special offers and coupons, for free shipping.

Shipping depends on the ordered items:
- for prints only, I use Deutsche Post
- for bigger or heavier orders, such as mugs, I’ll use DHL

Overweight Orders:
The maximum weight for any parcel I can dispatch is 31 kg.
Orders over 31 kg will be dispatched in 2 or more parcels, depending on weight.
(I don’t think this will ever happen, though)
Delivery Times:
Currently, orders are processed and dispatched every Monday and my delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking, normally available within 1 working day from dispatch.
All orders have tracking included.
The possibility of orders getting lost is too high, so shipping without tracking has been removed as an option.
Delivery to EU mainland addresses usually takes place within 3 to 7 days (excl. Sundays & Bank Holidays). This may vary depending on availability, payment method, location and other factors beyond our control. For bank holidays, please allow an extra day.
Within Germany delivery usually takes 2 to 4 work days.
In case of any holidays this may vary, of course.
DHL usually sends a delivery information via mail. Please follow their instructions if you’d like to change the delivery date, name a storage location or a preferred neighbour.
